The service can be used to transcribe audio from multiple speakers into text. Otter can be accessed via an app and also via the web. The service analyzes and monitors audio in real-time and transcribes the same into text.
Users can then export the transcribed text, to use in a document or email as per their requirement. Additionally, users will be able to transcribe 600 minutes for free each month using the service.

To begin transcribing audio, open the Otter web and click on the blue coloured recording button which is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. The app will then display a message stating ‘Now recording’. Users can then start speaking and Otter will transcribe their audio in real-time.
